Broccoli Salad

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • Half minced purple onion
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon blackpepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Blend dressing ingredients and set aside.

Salad:

  • Broccoli
  • Cashews
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Craisins
  • Red onion

Australian Salad

Dressing:

  • ¾ cup oil
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt

Blend dressing ingredients and set aside.

Salad:

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mango
  • Strawberries
  • Red onion

When ready to serve, dress and toss with  craisins and sliced almonds.

Tomato - Avacado

 Dressing:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Dash of peper
  • ½ avocado- just before serving

Blend dressing ingredients and set aside.

Salad:

  • Tomatoes
  • Avacado
  • Red onion

When ready to serve, dress and sprinkle with basil.

 

Poppy Seed Salad

Dressing:

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Peper
  • Dash of mustard powder
  • 1 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoon poppy seeds

Blend dressing ingredients and set aside.

Salad:

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Red cabbage
  • Broceli
  • Mushrooms
  • Radishes
  • Scallion
  • Cherry tomatoes

When ready to serve, dress and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. (you will have extra dressing )
